Cuvée The wine comes from our AOC Minervois land which offers the earliest ripening of our vineyard. The selection of the grapes ensures a round and soft wine with red fruits tones. This cuvée expresses our wine cultivating «know-how» and will give you pleasure. Shiraz 60% - Carignan 27% - Grenache 13% Yield : 35 hl / ha Harvest is done by hand, Stemming and crushing of the grapes, Maceration of 5 days at 7° of the Shiraz and the Grenache before the alcoholic fermentation. Carignan is vinified traditionally. Fermentation under controlled temperature. Ageing and blending in Spring.
